Regime London's Coconut Quench has had a lot of hype surrounding it lately, funny little story my mother brought me up and always told me never take 'beauty tablets' such as hair, skin and nails ones! As a young teen I remember always asking her for them! "Mum I need longer nails they just don't grow!" Or " I want nice hair mum" She always said no and told me they never work and you don't know what's in them..


I mean now I'm older and can make my own decisions I have tried a few of these beauty tablets .. which my mum hates me doing so! When hearing about Regime London the first thing I did is look up what exactly they had in.. and other reviews.

 

Today is my first day trying them I did not open the packet for the past week so I had no idea what to expect! I am so relieved they are not like big horse tablets! That you can hardly get down your throat! Yuk! They are the capsules that melt in your mouth and soo easy!

 

Things not to forget when on social media..

We have all been their; at least that what's I believe where we have struggled with self confidence in one way or another. That being said I struggled with most with self confidence when I started high school. As many people do! Your entering a big part of your life (well that's what it seemed like back then!) It took me 2 years to understand that I didn't need to compare my self to anyone, that is was unhealthy if you did to much comparison.

Updated Brow Routine

On my old blog I did a brow routine which was probably some time last year, I think everyone changes how they do their brows to the products they use.

I have always used anastasia beverly hills and always been scared to even try any new products as we all know.. brows are very important to the face!

One of my favourite eyelash brands Eylure have now come out with a whole brow range!! (eee!) When I found this out I was super excited, they also have a good range of colours which Is important in any brow range.

Vacation Wishlist!

It cannot just be me who feels with every new adventure,trip or vacation you have to have everything new! Right? I mean the feeling of getting new things for a new trip excites me and will always probably be that way.

I am heading on vacation soon.. naturally I just have need some newbies! I love reading other blog about their monthly wish list.. etc.. so I thought a vacation wish list would be just as good read!

PS. Don't let anyone tell you that you have to many bikinis! Too many, what! You can never ever have to many bikinis! ;)

A little over due on a post here.. but I have been working so hard lately I am trying to find a good balance between my work,blog,life,family... and me time! 24 hours in a day ;to fit all that in! No chance anyway...

I have always been a skincare/makeup person than more of a clothing one. I have not so long ago took a real big interest in clothing and finding different things I would never  normal pick to wear.

Like this Lisa Embroidered Tie Black Blouse from Whistle Candy its not something I would normally go for myself but I took a chance and it paid of! I am so glad I love x5 this top.

Also I really love the website, the clothing is amazing and prices cant be matched. I am heading to Mexico in 60 so days so I will be purchasing some outfits of these guys for sure.

 

How I would describe it is a sheer black that is lightweight. Has pretty embroidered all around it and has a tie around the neck which you can style as you please. Instead of just doing the normal tie and bow I decided to try and recreate a choker look. I think it looks really good and there is many more ways you could change it up!

Loves Adores Sun Dress

I am always on the hunt for vacation clothes that are different, stand out and unique.
Over at LovesAdores they have plenty of unique items.

I fell in love with this gorgeous Sundress in Black And Pink named 'Indiana Dress' 

It is a stand out piece of clothing for sure! Dare to wear for sure! It makes heads turn for sure! This dress is handmade and has a unique style to it with the back of the dress being cut out and trimming beaded tassel details. The front of the dress is just plain black with cute frill design, simple enough with the back being so amazing.

Proactiv+ Repairing Concealer Quad

Back when I tried the Proactiv+ 3 step skincare I fell in love with the brand.
Little did I know they have a makeup line just starting out I am guessing!  You can shop the product here.

I got to try the Proactiv+ Repairing Concealer Quad with 4 shades in, my first expectations was high! After all this is a skincare brand... if they cant work magic then who can....



The packaging is really simple and good size for carrying around for touch up during the day with a mirror included in the compact!

Here are the 4 shades, Light-Medium-Tan-Dark. The perfect combination for contouring?!

I did try to contour with it and was really impressed how it turned out although I never contour hardly.

The formula wasn't too creamy like you expect in a concealer such as the nars or urban decay, which made me a little nervous to put on my skin never mind under my eye bags!

It includes salicylic acid (1.5% to be exact) to help treat blemishes as it conceals them which is something I always look for in a makeup product! I love the feeling off my skin being treated while still having makeup on! So if you are covering a blemish you can be reassured its helping and not making it worse!

I took the lightest shade under my eyes where I was happily surprised how it didn't make the fine lines stand out or increase the dryness that I had at the time. It brighten up the area quite nice.

Covering a red blemish with this is also really effective, as for blemishes that maybe more on the fresh side.. I found it difficult to blend in as the formula is quite a thicky texture like I said before.


Overall I have continued to use the product and has been inputted into my routine most days!

How I help my sleep with Holland and Barrett

If your not aware from my other blog I have a really bad case of not sleeping.. AKA insomnia! Basically hitting the pillow running! Aaargh, I have had it for about 3 years now. I have tried lots of professional medical things etc.. it seems so unfair. When leading a busy life and being worn out a lot of the time a good nights sleep is an essential or a far away memory (ha ha)

I never thought about trying simple things such as teabags or mists that are meant to daze you off.

 

Holland and Barrett have a great range of most things but I noticed they have a really big collection of natural products to try tackle the whole sleep issue for those of us who have it.

Heath & Heather Night Time tea bags are amazing. I honestly never normal take up other types of tea apart from 3 I already drink, but I have really took a liking to these guys I think its because they are scented with peppermint so much! I love that smell, it instantly caught me. It has blends of camomile flowers combined with fruits and spices calms your mind which is perfect for calming down at the end of the day.

I've been drinking this around 2 hours before I plan to sleep, if I feel I need more I will just replace it with my normal drink at night time to really make it kick in.

Miaroma Relaxing & Hydrating Lavender & Coconut Spritz and Miaroma Relaxing Lavender Bath  Oil if you love the smell of Lavender and Coconut this will be perfect for you. Lavender has always been related with relaxing and calm vibes. I have lots of lavender if my garden! I love the smell of it as long as its not to over powering. Because the spritz is mixed with Coconut it doesn't give of a harsh smell that is to much.

 

Its a spritz so you spray wherever pleases you! Whether that be on yourself, in the air or on your bed. Personally I like to spray it lightly over my bed sheets about 2-3 times before getting in to bed. This way it stays around longer and you can for sure smell it.

 

The Bath Oil is just Lavender based, so you need to like the smell to use this! As the bath heat evaporates the smell a lot! My whole bathroom smells of Lavender for a good 2 hours after this!

 

Having a bath before bed is relaxing anyway but adding that extra comfort really does the trick. Well for me anyways (I near enough fall asleep in the bath!)

I also must say if I feel like the spritz isn't working one night I will take the oil and blot it on a tissue and have it at the side of my pillow! You know like your mum with the olbas oil when you had a runny nose and cold! Well at least that's what my mum did!

 

 

Even though my sleeping is really bad right now I find these few things just to tone my head down and make me relax just that little bit more than normal .

Getting my protein fix with Bodylab!

Good morning, afternoon or evening wherever you may be in this crazy big world!
Welcome to my new blog :-)! Yey! I am super excited, I have been planning and working on this for a few months now.

I wanted a change a different feel and vibe so .. here we are. I am so sad to say bye to my other blog! After 2 whole years it taught me so much as well as making me grow as a person and have the best opportunities ever.

So the design has stayed so what similar a simple layout with easy navigation. It very clean cut still.
I am so proud of a lot of the posts I did on my first blog that I will be just inputting some on this blog here and there, just so I can have them up!

I am so excited to expand my blogging even more than what it is now!

Lets talk about Wei Beauty

If you haven't heard of Wei Beauty then here is a little brief! Years back, in the heart of China, a young tomboy found her joy in running in fields, climbing trees, digging dirt, picking herbs, and discovering their many uses. Her hobby was studying traditional Chinese medicine with Doctor Li. This post is dedicated to the Wei Beautys amazing sheet masks.
I cant really justify how amazing they are but I will try my best with a few words!
I have tried a lot of 'sheet masks' when I first discovered sheet masks I was almost scared that it may off clogged pores as having a wet slimy sheet nearly covering your face!

After a few different try's of sheet masks I was sold, they worked, they made my skin feel good and showed the benefits. Not till I tried the Wei Beauty masks was I really sold.

Lets be completely honest, I never heard of the brand Wei Beauty till this year. I think it has more off a hype in the US. So I went in with a blind eye lets say! Trying a product I never knew about never heard of etc.

 

Mung Bean Sprout Stress-Relieving Soothing Mask comes in a tube with a sheet mask inside and also has own tweezers with each one to drag the mask out! Little touches like this make me really appreciate a brand that even bit more.

Its a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that will help supply the skin with rich protein moisture to the skin.

The mask got very intense and had a red effect on my skin and tingling sensation, which to me means the item is working!

Kasina professional

Totally fallen in love with the Kasina Professional Eyelashes lately!The lashes I have on are #28 they are quite bold looking ones but look sooo good!

If your a eyelash fan like me you will know it is really important to see how many times you can reuse lashes! Depending on the brand lashes can be reused a lot. Kasina say their lashes can be used up to 5 times! I think more :-)

These lashes are amazing quality for an amazing price!
I have a whole range from them so I will be sharing all of them as times passes which I am excited to show you all!
